We are well aware that, during the course of everyday life, the unexpected are order of the day. For this reason, we have adapted a cancellation policy that meets as much as possible, the needs of our guests. To follow, you will find a short guide about our cancellation policy.
- 7 days prior to arrival, no penalty
- From 6 to 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost of the holiday booked
- From 1 day or in case of no show, 100% of the booked holiday cost
Furthermore, as guarantee of booking, we require the number of a valid credit card. Alternatively, we require a deposit equal to 40% of the holiday cost.
Finally, to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we recommend the stipulation of a travel insurance policy.
